1. Kevin Zhu

 

Kevin (Yan Zhong) Zhu, Associate Professor, L.Ac., B.S. (China), Physician (China)

 

Kevin Zhu received his degree in 1988 from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology, were he studied for six years in Beijing, People's Republic of China. For nine years, he worked as the Physician-in-Charge and Lecturer at the Beijing First Teaching Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He served as the chief secretary for the National Academic Symposium and organized four symposiums on male diseases, urology, skin diseases, cancer, gynecology, and gastroenterology.  

Kevin developed the Acupuncture and Herb Treatment Software with the Qinghua University in China, and participated in the compilation of eight professional books. From January 1999 to May 2001, Kevin worked and taught at the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Zhu was the manager of the herbal pharmacy at the school' clinic in addition to supervising the clinical training for student interns. He was also a professor at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco.

 

Kevin specializes in pain management, dermatology and urology. He has years of experience utilizing a wide spectrum of TCM modalities, including herbs, acupuncture, tuina, and moxibustion to provide an integrated TCM treatment plan for his patients. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys reading, swimming and hiking.

 

Kevin teaches in the Departments of TCM Acupuncture, TCM Clinical Medicine, and Clinical Training.
   


 

2. Yiwen Su

 

Yiwen Su, OMD, L.Ac. started his eight years full time TCM university training in 1980 at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. After years of teaching and practicing in Chengdu University and its attached hospital, Dr. Su have gained 14 years of teaching and practicing experience in Germany, Israel, Canada and U.S.A. Dr. Su’s encyclopedic knowledge and unique teaching style have made him one of the most popular instructors in a few renown U.S. acupuncture schools, namely Emperor’s college in California, Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in Seattle. Due to his expertise and clinical experience in the Western countries, Dr. Su has had very successful clinics in Israel, and U.S. A.

   


 

3. Tao Huang

Working Experience:

 Dr. Tao Huang works in Acupuncture Institute, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, she has worked as a teacher in China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center that is most famous school for foreigners to study TCM, so she has very rich teacher experience, now she becomes doctor in hospital and researcher for basic research of TCM, so based on her working fields - teacher, doctor, researcher and degrees she obtained, she has her own understanding of TCM and promotes development of TCM to all over the world.
   


 

4. Wei Yang

Age: 54 years old

Work Unit: Chief Professor in TCM Department of Beijing Tong Ren Hospital

Degree: Master Degree graduated from China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences

Working Experience: Within 20 years rich clinical TCM practice experiences, Professor Wei Yang invents method of “nourishing blood to moisten eyes” and apply different therapies including acupuncture, herbal moxibustion, bleeding, atomization, fumigation for the treatment of dryness of eyes. These treatment methods have obtained effective result.

   


 
5. Xuemei Liu

Xuemei Liu L.Ac. OMD, graduated from Clinical Department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1986.

She worked 12 years in this university teaching hospital as a TCM and west medicine combination doctor. She had 8 years practice and clinic supervising experiences in two acupuncture schools of USA, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and University of East-West Medicine. She was also the clinic officer of UEWM for past 6 years.

Xuemei specializes in mood disorders, breast disease, infertility, pain management, digestion diseases and diabetes
   


 
6. Cun Zhong Fang
